4920 Pico

4920 Pico by AUX Architecture is an in-progress mixed-use development at Pico Boulevard and South Highland Avenue in Los Angeles’s Mid-City neighborhood. Roughly 72,500 square feet of program includes forty residential units—six designated affordable—across five residential levels above two floors of commercial office space and above-grade parking.

At street level the building sets back for landscaping and planters that improve the pedestrian experience along Pico and strengthen ties to nearby retail. More than 3,000 square feet of commercial space and shared amenities include a fitness center, parking, and a rooftop terrace.
