Privacy policy.

Archtivy is operated by Archtivy LLC ("Archtivy", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the platform, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to that data.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the platform and as described in this policy, including the advertising section below.

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Clerk — authentication and identity management
• Supabase — database and file storage
• Vercel — hosting and anonymised analytics

Each provider processes data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Aside from the advertising technology described in the next section, we do not share your data with any other third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Archtivy does not currently display third-party advertising. We are preparing to support the platform in part through advertising, and this section describes what that will involve so the position is clear before anything changes. We will update the date at the top of this page when advertising becomes active.

When advertising is enabled, we expect to work with Google, using Google AdSense, and potentially with other advertising technology providers. In that arrangement:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to Archtivy or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
• Ad technology providers may receive technical data including your IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, and online identifiers such as cookie IDs.
• This data may be used to select and deliver advertising, to limit how often you see a particular ad, and to measure whether an ad was seen or acted upon.
• Advertising may be personalized, using the data described above, or non-personalized, which uses contextual signals and coarse location rather than a profile built about you.

You can review and control how Google uses data when you use sites that work with it, and opt out of personalized advertising from Google, at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and myadcenter.google.com. Opting out of vendors more broadly is available at optout.aboutads.info.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we will ask for your consent through a consent management platform before any personalized advertising is served or any non-essential cookie is set, and you will be able to change or withdraw that choice at any time. Until such a platform is in place, we will not serve personalized advertising to visitors in those regions.

Advertising is never targeted using the content of private messages, saved boards, or any other non-public activity on Archtivy, and we do not provide advertisers with your email address or account details.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
• Restriction — request that we limit processing in certain circumstances
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests
