Roma Roma Restaurant

Roma Roma brings Roman-style slices, pies, and drinks on tap to Capitol Hill in Seattle, WA, as a neighborhood hangout equally suited to a quick solo bite or a lingering group. Best Practice Architecture designed the 2,517-square-foot restaurant—completed February 2026—to feel like a brief Roman holiday without theatrical pastiche.

Playful mid-century modern nods meet Italian references against a backdrop of greenery, Fellini-era atmosphere, and disco energy. Mirrored booths bounce the room’s natural brightness deeper into the plan, while seating and service zones balance fast turnover with places people actually want to stay. Driftwood Northwest built the fit-out; CMA Restaurant Supply & Design handled food service; Ed Sozinho photographed the finished space.

As hospitality architecture by Best Practice Architecture, Roma Roma is less a themed stage set than a carefully tuned interior that lets pizza, conversation, and light do the entertaining.
