The spa spans four floors, three of them subterranean, supporting privacy and seclusion. Two Lifestyle Suites extend the spa language into private accommodation. Sharing a neutral palette, finishes and tone-on-tone timber accents with the spa, they support in-suite butler service, in-room spa treatments, private consultations and fitness, including flexible lounge-to-training layouts and bespoke joinery housing equipment such as weight racks and a VAHA S Fitness Mirror for guided sessions.

Co-founder Martin Goddard has described the need to separate relaxation and active zones, work within historic constraints, and keep guest journeys natural without becoming predictable.
