About the Project

Ted Moudis Associates’ CIT New Jersey page states that the space was infused with refined industrial materials: textured metals in black and white, concrete flooring, exposed structure, cork walls, and glass panels. A related TMA CIT page adds that living green walls and large moss planes appear across floors to bring nature into the workplace and add tranquility—biophilia as a counterweight to the harder industrial palette.

Furniture partner Benhar Office Interiors, naming Ted Moudis Associates as architect, describes an open plan with benching, height-adjustable workstations, Herman Miller Aeron seating, conference rooms, and an open pantry, and cites a large New Jersey footprint alongside NYC work. Real-estate reporting places CIT’s major New Jersey lease in the Morristown / Morris County campus context on the order of 200,000 square feet; city is recorded as Morristown based on that secondary consensus.

Completion year is not firmly pinned on the TMA page and is left blank. The design story that is text-verified is the material and biophilic palette: industrial refinement tempered by cork, living plant walls, and moss planes inside a New Jersey banking workplace planned for open collaboration as much as headcount density.

Together, the TMA pages and furniture-partner record describe a CIT workplace where tactile metals and concrete meet softer natural surfaces, giving a large New Jersey banking floor a calmer, more grounded daily character.
