About the Project

Perched in a premium Abu Dhabi high-rise, Global Headquarters reframes what a contemporary workplace in the Middle East can feel like without defaulting to anonymous corporate gloss. Medium Plenty designed the interior architecture and interiors for a global financial services firm, orienting rooms toward expansive city and Gulf views while threading local craft traditions and regional color into an otherwise international office language.

Rather than treating place as decoration, the scheme uses subtle material and palette cues drawn from Middle Eastern craft so the headquarters reads as rooted in Abu Dhabi even as it supports the operational expectations of a global firm. Cultural exchange sits at the center of the design narrative: hospitality-inflected moments of gathering, carefully tuned finishes, and spatial sequences that balance formality with ease.

Completed in 2024, the project sits in the Workplace category with a scope covering interior architecture and interior design. Project management was provided by RJPMS, with ATS as contractor and photography by Kelly Tooze. As office architecture and interiors, the headquarters demonstrates how Medium Plenty translates regional context into a durable workplace identity—views outward, craft inward, and a measured sophistication suited to financial-services use.
