About

The Jacquard collection reinterprets textile tradition through a ceramic surface. Hand-painted black strokes unfold across the clay’s rough skin as organic forms that merge seamlessly with the piece.

In this piece, the graphic gestures expand into open, expressive forms, generating a dynamic visual rhythm that amplifies the fullness of the volume. The paint fuses with the clay, heightening the sculptural presence and visual depth of the work.

The drawing expands across the curved surface as a continuous visual field, adapting to the changing geometry of the vessel. As the form widens and contracts, the lines stretch, bend and reorganize themselves, creating a shifting rhythm that responds to the body of the piece. This interaction between graphic gesture and volume allows the decoration to act as an extension of the form rather than a layer applied on top. The result is a ceramic object in which line and clay remain inseparable, reinforcing the sculptural presence of the work within space and surrounding light itself.
