Alex Lounge

The idea of looking for an extremely simple arm-chair with standard elements and achieving a sufficient degree of expressiveness to give it an identity was the beginning of this project. It is an informal armchair that has a variety of purposes ranging from being placed in reception areas or open spaces in an office to restaurants or homes. The name comes from Alexander Calder, a point of inspiration for his sculptures and the point of balance he achieved through shapes, lines, colour and different materials.

Frame made of black thermo-lacquered steel tube, seat made of plywood, covered in non-deformable expanded polyurethane foam, CFC free. Backrest and armrests in polished European oak plywood in different finishes. Black end plastic caps with felt.
