About the Project

Ted Moudis Associates designed the AlphaSights workplace around the idea of connection, translating the company’s relationship driven business model into a spatial language defined by fluid, curvilinear forms. According to the design team, these continuous lines were conceived to evoke the connections AlphaSights creates between business leaders and industry experts. Ted Moudis Associates Throughout the workplace, sweeping ceiling elements and integrated lighting guide movement between reception, collaborative areas and open work zones. Warm timber flooring is contrasted with dark exposed ceiling elements, glass partitions and a restrained neutral palette, while vivid red and orange accents introduce a stronger visual identity across seating, architectural features and shared spaces. The interiors balance open workplace planning with more intimate settings for meetings, informal collaboration and social interaction. Curved transitions soften the geometry of the office and create a sense of continuity between different functions, while transparent partitions preserve visual connections across the floor. The result is a contemporary workplace in which circulation, lighting and material contrast reinforce the project's central theme of connectivity.
